Our standard window cleaning service includes cleaning the inside and outside of all windows, removing cobwebs, wiping down frames and sills, and ensuring a streak-free finish.
It’s not essential for you to be home during every service, but we do recommend being present for the initial visit. This allows us to address any specific needs or concerns and ensures you can inspect and approve the work, reducing the likelihood of needing return visits.
We use professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning solutions and tools designed specifically for window cleaning. All our staff are in-house trained and follow best practices to ensure your windows are cleaned safely and effectively.
Yes, we specialize in cleaning windows in hard-to-reach areas, including multi-story homes and skylights. With over 20 years of experience, we expertly handle 2-3 story difficult-to-access homes using advanced techniques such as water-fed poles with pure water technology and top-of-the-line ladders. If necessary, we also have the capability to use Elevated Work Platforms (EWPs) or rope access.
We stand by the quality of our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with the service, we’ll come back and address any issues free of charge. Additionally, we offer a 7-day rain guarantee: if it rains and ruins your sparkling windows within 7 days of being freshly cleaned by the All Glass Cleaning Team, we will return for free to clean the affected windows. We also provide a money-back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with our service.
Light rain typically doesn’t affect the cleanliness of windows. However, if a significant downpour occurs within 7 days of your service and affects the appearance of your windows, we’ll return to clean the affected windows free of charge as part of our 7-day rain guarantee.

Matthew spent a lot of time on the solar panels as they were quite dusty and they now look like new. He even pointed out, with photos, some cracks in the roof tiles and ridge capping, which I will try to rectify immediately. The guys were very polite and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Excellent job guys.They actually seemed to enjoy their work and I would certainly recommend All Glass Cleaning to my friends.

My newly purchased apartment’s windows hadn’t seen a squeegee since Noah was a lad and there were cobwebs so old that today’s spiders were refusing to set up shop. My inquiry was followed up speedily and the next day, within half an hour, two awesome glass cleaners brought light not only into my apartment but into my day as they were so lovely, friendly and approachable. Even asking them to get rid of cobwebs and much that were on the eaves and outdoor lighting was no trouble. They really went beyond, plus ultra! It was money well-spent and I am very grateful for such an excellent service.
